My name is Kerri Fitzpatrick, I am an artist and Certified (Emotional Freedom Technique) EFT practitioner and a Certified Quantum EFT practitioner. I first became interested in EFT in 2013 due to some personal health concerns. I was blown away by the gentle effectiveness of EFT I wanted to know more!
Whilst undertaking the certification process for EFT, I applied EFT to how I was feeling about a painting commission that I knew was finished, but…. I had resistance to calling the client to let her know. I had a bunch of fears in my head, they went something like this……she will hate it, it’s not finished, how can I charge money for this, blah blah blah.
I thought why not try EFT? Light bulb moment! So, I tapped on the side of my hand for a few minutes, whilst allowing all the resistance and fear to surface. Next minute I’m on the phone to the very excited client, who later that afternoon happily picked up her painting, everyone happy. After that experience, I knew I was onto something that would be very helpful for my inner art critic.
I use EFT daily in all areas of my life, I find EFT especially useful in my creative pursuits. I published my first children’s book in 2015 called “The Sparkle Snatcher” a beautiful self-empowering story for children and their adults. I enthusiastically continue my education with EFT and my art practice.
What is Tap Creative Spirit?
Tap creative spirit is for artists/creatives who feel they are stuck and unable to move forward and fully express their unique creativity. EFT is used to target and clear issues unique to the artist/creative.
Here is a small list of fears or resistance that may show up for you.
- I don’t have the time.
- I don’t know/have my own style.
- What if they reject my work.
- I feel stuck.
- I’m/my work is not good enough.
- I Can’t put myself out there.
- I’m not a real artist.
- I’m known for my realistic style of painting, I can’t become an abstract painter.
- I’ll never make a decent living doing what I love.
- I’m a sell out if I make money from my art.
The good news is, these are only thoughts and beliefs, they can be changed with EFT!
What is EFT (Emotional Freedom techniques)?
EFT is a self-applied stress reduction technique. I guide you to tap on specific meridian points on your face and upper body, by doing this you release blocked energy to quickly feel calm and relaxed. Tapping on the meridian points sends a calming signal to the brain. Once your body is calm and relaxed your mind becomes clear to allow new positive thoughts to flow through. Unleashing that creative genius!

I offer both group sessions and one on one sessions. You will have a sense of calm and relief in the group sessions, you may even get some awesome new ideas! If you are looking at clearing core limiting beliefs I would recommend one on one sessions, this is so we can get very specific and target the session exactly for your needs.
I believe that once you clear these blocks and are happily producing work that feels like you, the world responds in wonderful ways. Once the blocks are cleared this makes room for all those new creative opportunities to come your way.
